The Office Administrator is responsible for managing registrations and will provide joyful and prompt communication through phone, e-mail, and front desk interactions. Responsibilities will vary seasonally between camper registrations, administrative assistance, and hosting guest groups.

We are looing for a full-time, on-site Program Manager who is responsible to develop programing for retreats and summer camp programs and works with rental groups.

The Lead Host is our primary onsite connection for guest groups. The position of Lead Host//Administration Support is highly administrative all year round.

To assist the chef in whatever ways are necessary for him/her to provide healthy, tasty, appealing meals to our guests.

The Office Manager leads a team in office support and recruitment. Every day brings opportunities to have great conversations, solve puzzles, create systems and dive deeper into new technologies. A heart for God and flexibility is key. Financial and organizational skills needed.

Stillwood hosts over 60,000 meals every year, and therefore has a large kitchen team that services our programs. The ideal candidate will not only love food, but must be passionate about teaching and developing food skills in a staff/volunteer base ranging in age from 14-80.

Stillwood is in need of talented maintenance professionals to uphold our facility’s condition. We are currently hiring for an entry-level general maintenance position. Candidates are not required to have specific trade experience.
