PreConference Session - Monday 9:00am-3:30pm

Non-Profit Board Excellence Training Monday: 9am - 3:30pm (Lunch Included) Cost: $135.00/person in person, $90/person online Many people who join camp boards have a real passion for the ministry but no prior experience or training in effective Board Governance. They often pick up bad habits and then pass these on to others. This training helps stop this cycle in its tracks and injects strength and professionalism into the Board practices.  Non-profit Board Excellence Training walks you through the foundations that make a good board great. This training will help develop a healthy and growing board. It provides a platform to review a board at its best, identify root causes of success and discover areas of development. Who Should Attend? Anyone serving on a non-profit board or considering serving on a board. Executive Directors or CEOs of non-profit boards. Organizational staff - to fully understand the role the board plays in the organization. Learning Outcomes Check out the learning outcomes on the Clearview Training website How will the Training Work? At least one person from your camp must attend in person. They will need a laptop and will need access to zoom. Others from your camp can register to attend online through zoom. Camps that have multiple people attending in person and online will have time for discussion amongst themselves. Camps that have only one person attending will be combined with other camps for discussions. REGISTER HERE "The time we spent with ClearView Training has been incredible. While our board was initially a bit apprehensive about the actual benefit, they were blown away by how good the training was. The board gained clarity about their role, the staff’s role and practical steps to continue growing as a board and the organization. We paid less than a third of what it cost because Gary helped us with a grant. I fully expect us to work with ClearView again for more training!” Jon Drebert | Executive Director
