Youth for Christ Winnipeg is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to serve on-site as Summer Ministry Program Director at Camp Cedarwood. Camp Cedarwood is a ministry of YFC Winnipeg located at Pinawa Bay, Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba that focuses on providing youth with a camp experience that is rooted in the Gospel. A successful candidate will be passionate about helping others and using their experience, skills, and knowledge to support the ministry of YFC in changing the lives of youth.
Responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to the Cedarwood summer camp program, assisting in recruiting a staff team for each summer that is mission focused and Biblically grounded, providing spiritual direction and giving spiritual oversight to the Cedarwood staff team, ensuring the leadership team is well supported and equipped, and assigning staff and volunteer schedules to ensure daily tasks are managed well.
