Youth for Christ Winnipeg is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to serve on-site as Ministry Director at Camp Cedarwood. Camp Cedarwood is a ministry of YFC Winnipeg located at Pinawa Bay, Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba that focuses on providing youth with a camp experience that is rooted in the Gospel. A successful candidate will be passionate about helping others and using their experience, skills, and knowledge to support the ministry of YFC in changing the lives of youth.
Responsibilities include ensuring YFC’s mission is supported in all areas of camper and guest interactions year round; being responsible for overall implementation of the ministry at camp (including but not limited to the summer program, follow-up ministry, year-round ministry opportunities, and the discipleship and leader development ministries); developing a mission-focused program while ensuring proper implementation in all ministries within the camp; maintaining relationships with camp staff and volunteers; and actively working to promote and grow the ministries at camp.Â
