The responsibilities of Junior Staff are broken into two categories. When in a cabin Junior Staff are responsible for keeping campers safe and ensuring that campers have a great time and are encouraged towards a deeper faith in God. When not in a cabin Junior Staff will be on a facility team. In this role Juniors will be supportive and encouraging to other Junior Staff, LITs and the Facilities Coordinator while helping with daily tasks.
