Teen Ranch is a Christ-centered, non-denominational camp and retreat center dedicated to sharing the gospel, fostering spiritual growth, leadership, and community. We serve children, youth, families, and guests year-round through programs, retreats, and events. Our kitchen ministry is key to providing hospitality with excellence and love and mentoring camp staff.
Position Details
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and serve well-balanced, appealing meals for groups ranging from 20 to 200 guests
- Assist with food prep, baking, and general kitchen duties including dishwashing, cleaning, and dining room responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety protocols

- Experience in a professional kitchen or camp kitchen setting is an asset
Schedule & Hours
- Full-time (35–40 hours/week) during summer camp and peak seasons
- Typical camp season shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends required based on the bookings calendar, with scheduling flexibility
- Reduced hours during the off-season (November–March)
