Position: Kitchen Lead/Head Cook
This position functions as the Head Cook and Assistant to the Food Services Manager.
- Cooking for groups of 35 – 150 people.
- September through April, the work week is typically Wednesday – Sunday; days off are typically Monday and Tuesday. During these months, often two days a week other tasks such as assisting in cleaning or maintenance will be assigned.
- May through August is busy season with many groups in May and June so days off will vary. Summer camp in July and August with half day off on Saturdays and full day on Sunday.
Requires living remotely at Red Rock Bible Camp in the Whiteshell Provincial Park. Base salary of $37,500/year. Housing, utilities, and approx. 40% of meals are included.
