We can’t wait to see you for another incredible Spring Conference! This year, our Edify conference is being held at Fair Havens Camp & Conference Centre on March 18, 2025 and we’re thrilled to be introducing our Young Leader’s Meet-Up on March 17 – a chance for future camp leaders to get together and plan/dream about how to level up their skills and follow God’s leading on their ministry.

Our theme for 2025 is “The Future is Bright”, and we’re excited to see how God will lead your thoughts and plans as you look to Him for the way you should go. Our morning speaker is Steve West, an Ontario pastor and professor at Heritage College and Seminary.

As always, we are looking forward to the community building that happens at this conference, and are especially excited to welcome new camp staff as they learn more about the incredible work that other camps are doing across Ontario! Here’s some quick details for everyone:

• Date: Tuesday, March 18, 2025
• Location: Fair Havens Camp and Conference Centre, Beaverton
• Cost: $130 per person (CCI Member Camps) or $180 per person (Non-Member Camps)

Business Members: We’re excited to host a limited number of exhibitors during our Spring Conference. Set-up begins in the morning and business are welcome to exhibit until the end of the day. Please register on this form using the CCI Business Member or CCI Business Non-Member option. CCI Canada Business Members receive a $75 discount on registration fees.

NEW! for 2025: Young Leader’s Meet-up

CCI Ontario is planning to launch a Young Leader’s program starting in September 2025. Before the program launches, we want to meet with young leaders from your camp to learn more about how we can best serve them. To make that happen, we’re doing a one-day (and one-night) Young Leader’s Meet-up. Register for the Meet-up, and we’ll include two training sessions with Matt Wilkinson (Camp Kwasind) and Ken Vissers (Camp IAWAH), dinner, an overnight stay at Fair Havens AND the Spring Conference, all in one fee.

Date: Monday, March 17 and Tuesday, March 18, 2025
Location: Fair Havens Camp and Conference Centre, Beaverton
Cost: $200 per person (CCI Member Camps only)

The Meet-Up is designed for leaders who are between the ages of 22 and 29 and are in their first 2-3 years of their roles. If you have someone who is close to these criteria, but aren’t sure, just reach out to us and we can chat about it!
