In this vital full-time, year-round paid position you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating the recreational activity program in a team approach including staff, activity programming, administration, activity maintenance and facility needs, and general program support, and for providing support in the non-summer months in the areas of administration and/or operations.
This team player is a ministry oriented, spiritually mature Christian with a deep love for children’s and youth ministry. Must have substantial leadership experience and/or training, strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment, a love for young adult ministry, proficiency in various camp activities (a background in lifeguarding, kayaking, belaying and/or boat driving are assets), a college or university degree (preferred), and previous training in first aid (preferred).
