The Ministry Program Director leads the development, implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of all programs year round at Wesley Acres, providing direction to staff and volunteers with the goal of building a healthy community. This role requires a servant-hearted leader who is passionate about Christ-centered ministry and discipleship and has the capability to inspire and engage stakeholders, while upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
As a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, the Ministry Program Director will lead by example in living a life based on Christian Biblical values and will uphold Christian principles consistent with those of the Free Methodist Church in Canada.
Accountable to the Executive Director, the Ministry Program Director supports the strategic leadership given by the Wesley Acres Inc. (WAI) a not-for-profit ministry, and Wesley Acres Trailer Park Inc., a for-profit corporation owned by WAI. The Ministry Program Director is part of the Senior Leadership Team and oversees the Guest Services Team. The Guest services team includes the Food Services Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Children/Youth/Young Adult/Harbour Ridge Manager and the Hospitality Coordinator.
