This position is responsible for the direct supervision of campers in groups of 4-5 ages 7-12. The top priorities of this role include the health and safety, happiness, personal development and spiritual growth of campers. Duties include leading campers throughout daily routines of meals, personal hygiene, sleep and participation in activities, while setting the example and modeling the desired outcome. Growth emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually is the goal.
