The Lifetime Achievement award will only be given out at the national conference and will be limited to one or two recipients at a time. The Peter Bloom National Ambassador award will be given up to once per year and will be given at the most appropriate conference. The Mel Stevens Award of Excellence will be awarded at either a regional conference or at the Leadership Summit. No more than one of these awards will be given in each region in any given year.
